Self-Identity and Intergenerational Learning
We aim to help reduce loneliness among students and older adults, and to improve intercultural and intergenerational communication while increasing students’ self-awareness and their sense of belonging to a wider community.
Specifically, students will be trained first in an intercultural and language awareness and positive psychology-based programme which they will then deliver more informally to older adults in day centres or university buildings.
