Brief description
“Journalism and Citizenship, a Practical Introduction” wants students to reflect on the importance of (hyper)local journalism for the local (Brussels) community. Students complete two assignments which fit in the media production of the two Brussels partner organisation (BRUZZ and the Flemish community centres). One is a journalistic portrait interview with people living in Brussels, the other is a feature story relevant for a Brussels audience. The results are published on the websites of the partner organisations.
