Friendly senior living in cities. Madrid case study
The population of a city like Madrid has many elderly people for whom it is necessary to provide an answer in terms of housing and the use of public space that is appropriate to their mobility, capacities, safety and perceptions. We have worked with a focus on the elderly to think about new forms of social and care community life (co-living and co-housing) as well as to design safe, attractive urban itineraries adapted to the cognitive conditioning factors of the elderly in a city like Madrid.
